1/8th Share Bundle - 50 lbs. of steaks, roasts, burger and more

This new bundle is made up of a 1/8 equal share of a steer. You'll get 50 pounds of premium beef, with half being burger and half being steaks, roasts, and other cuts. You'll find minor substitutions (for example, one bundle may have a bottom round roast while another has a rump roast), but the total weight and overall mix of cuts will be the same. Bundles Include: 25 lbs. Burger in 1 lb. packages 4 Ribeye and/or New York Strip Steaks 4 Sirloin Steaks 2 Flat Iron or Skirt or Flank Steaks 2 Bone-in Short Ribs 3 Roasts (Chuck, Sirloin Tip, Shoulder Pot Roast, Rump, Round or Brisket) 2 pks Sliced Shanks 4 to 6 pks. of Stew Beef, Cubed Steak, Kabobs Each cut is individually vacuum packed and labeled with name of cut and exact weight. A complete bundle needs about 2 cubic feet of freezer space.
