We stand out due to our regenerative agricultural practices and exceptional care for our livestock. Our cattle are intensively grazed on pastures. They're moved on a daily basis so they have constant access to clean, fresh grass! After our cattle are finished grazing, we release our chickens onto the pasture. The chickens forage the fields and ensure the soil maintains healthy nitrogen levels. We keep our hens in a mobile coop and our broilers chickens in floorless shelters, using their manure to fertilize the soil. All are moved daily so the birds are never sitting in their own waste.In addition to these practices, we don't give any of our animal's wormer or antibiotics. We also plant cover crops and keep a living root in the soil for as long as possible. This decreases soil compaction, keeps microbes active, and helps beneficial fungi thrive. We can guarantee our practices greatly impact the quality and nutritional value of our products. We are located in the small community of Sandy Run, South Carolina. The Stabler family has owned this land for multiple generations, and now, we have gotten back to our roots. What allows our farm to stand apart from every other is the simplicity of it all; self-sufficient, self-sustaining, using regenerative agriculture practices. We take pride in that!
