Minka Farm is a family-owned farm raising high welfare meats. We strive to raise food in harmony with nature's plan: All of our animals are raised outdoors in situations that allow them to display their natural behaviors. This includes: 100% grassfed beef*, pastured pork*, pastured chicken, pastured goat & lamb meats, and pastured duck & chicken eggs*. Additionally, our orchard fruits are raised without chemicals. Fruits are only available during their NC seasons.

Animal Welfare Approved certified by A Greener World hogs. Naturally bred and born, raised outdoors with their family group for their entire lives, able to root around in the dirt and wallow in mud. Processed at Piedmont Custom Meats, whole hogs are custom cut and delivered in the Triangle area, all included in the pricing. Price is $5.50 per pound of hanging weight and is calculated at time of harvest, but average final cost is $1,200. This deposit is applied to your final invoice. The harvest date for these hogs is May 5 with delivery 10-14 days later, except bacon which takes an additional 14-21 days.

Price is $5.75/lb hanging weight with an average cost of $660. Delivery in the Triangle region and processing fees are included. Your deposit is applied to your final invoice.
