Part of our program consists of raising grass fed non growth hormone Longhorns to the perfect age for tenderness and flavor.

November 24, 2024My son and I tried their meat in the fall. We brought a 1/2 a cow right before Christmas. Their products are off the charts. Lean, fresh and full of flavor. I do not even look at the meat in any of the grocery stores . Thank you for your wonderful meat.
